The spacious interior includes a 2-tier L-shaped bench, providing comfortable seating for up to six people. This sauna also includes a separate changing room, so you can get ready for your sauna session in a designated room.

Shipping & Returns

For Dundalk LeisureCraft products delivered in crates longer than 92 inches there will be no liftgate available with the truck to unload the sauna crate from the truck. You, the customer are responsible for unloading the crate from the truck. 

To do so, various options are possible:

1. You can rent a forklift or similar piece of equipment to get the crate off the truck.
2. You can rent a truck and/or trailer or tilt tow truck and either pick up or have someone else pickup the crate at the local delivery terminal. For this purpose you can reach out to towing companies (wrecker companies) and ask them if they would be willing to pick up a crate at a local depot and deliver it. 
3. As a last recourse, we could possibly arrange for a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate at the local terminal/ depot and deliver it to your home. The additional cost for this service will be around $850.

Warranty

Canadian Timber Collection Saunas warrants our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
