Price Match Guarantee

At Solaci Home, we are committed to offering you competitive prices on our premium wellness products. If you find an identical in-stock item advertised at a lower price by a qualifying competitor, we will do our best to match it, subject to the terms and conditions below.

To be eligible for a Price Match, the following conditions must ALL be met:

1. Identical Item:

• The item must be exactly identical to the item sold by Solaci Home. This includes the same brand, model number, SKU, features, color, size, warranty, and all included components and accessories.

• The item must be new, factory-sealed, and in its original packaging.

• The item must be in stock and immediately available for purchase and shipment from both Solaci Home and the competitor at the time of the price match request.

2. Qualifying Competitor:

• The competitor must be an Authorized Online Retailer for the brand and product in question, located within the contiguous United States.

• We do not match prices from:

  • Discount or outlet stores/ retailer

  • Auction website (e.g., eBay)

  • Third-party sellers and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock)

  • Warehouse club or membership-based retailers
    
    

• The competitor must have a verifiable online presence and a secure e-commerce website. Physical retail locations are not eligible.

3. Competitor's Price:

• The price to be matched is the competitor's advertised, regular, everyday, non-promotional, and non-discounted price for the identical item.

• The competitor's price must be publicly verifiable on their website at the time of the request. Quotes, emails, or other private offers are not eligible.

• Exclusions from Competitor's Price:

  • Temporary sales, flash sales, clearance sales, liquidation sales, or limited-time offers.

  • Promotional discounts, coupon codes, membership pricing, loyalty offers, or bundle deals.

  • Buy one, get one free (BOGO) offers, rebates (mail-in or instant), or gift-with-purchase promotions.

  • Volume-based discounts (e.g., minimum quantity purchases)

  • Typographical errors in the competitor's advertising.

  • Financing-related offers.

4. Price Match Calculation:

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to the total delivered price, which includes the item price plus all mandatory shipping and handling charges from the competitor. Sales tax is excluded from the comparison.

• If Solaci Home's offer includes a free promotional item or a unique bundle not offered by the competitor for the identical product, the value of such additional items from Solaci Home may be considered in the overall price comparison at Solaci Home's discretion. Conversely, if the competitor's offer includes items not part of Solaci Home's standard offering for that product, the price match will be considered against the core identical product only.

5. Manufacturer's Advertising Policies (MAP):

• The competitor must be in strict compliance with the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy for the item in question. This includes any MAP requirements related to shipping charges or bundled items.

• Any pricing that violates MAP—whether through discounts, free shipping, or bundling—is ineligible for price match.

6. How to Request a Price Match (Must Be Done Before Placing Your Order):

• Price match requests must be submitted and approved by Solaci Home before you place your order.

• We do not offer price matches, adjustments, or refunds for orders that have already been placed, paid for, or shipped.

• To request a price match, please email us at info@solacihome.com with the following information:

  • A direct, live link to the Solaci Home product page for the item you are interested in.

  • A direct, live link to the competitor's product page showing the identical item, the advertised price, and its in-stock status. Screenshots are not accepted as sole proof but can be supplementary for context.

• We will review your request and respond, typically within 1-2 business days.

• If your price match request is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to complete your purchase at the agreed-upon matched price (e.g., via a custom quote or a one-time use discount code to be applied at checkout).

7. Limitations & Exclusions:

• This Price Match Guarantee is subject to change at any time without notice.

• Limit of one price match approval per identical item, per customer.

• Price matches cannot be combined with other Solaci Home promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

• Seasonal and Holiday promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) from competitors may be excluded at Solaci Home's discretion.

• Solaci Home reserves the right to verify all information and to deny any price match request that does not meet these terms and conditions. The decision to approve or deny a price match is at the sole discretion of Solaci Home.

• We reserve the right to decline any price match request that would compromise the integrity of our supplier relationships or violate any agreements.

• This guarantee does not apply to services, parts, or custom orders.
