    We are based in Wilmington, DE. However, we don’t have a showroom. Since we get our products from many places, it saves you, the customer, money by not bringing all products to Wilmington just to ship them back out again. Therefore offering you much lower prices compared to any retailers.

    Our products ship from multiple warehouses around the US so we can get your order to you as fast as possible. We also get various product styles throughout the year so our website is our best showroom for what's in stock.

    Orders

    The delivery time for your order can vary significantly based on the availability of the products. If your product is in stock, the fastest shipping time is between 2-3 weeks. However, if the product is in high demand, the delivery time may extend to as long as 4 months. You can find the Estimated Delivery Date on each product page. We do our best to keep this information up-to-date with the latest inventory information so that you have all the information you need directly on the product page.

    Shipping & Returns

    We offer FREE standard shipping for ALL orders to the continental U.S.!

    Lighter items get shipped UPS or FedEx Ground and larger items get shipped LTL freight (curbside delivery).

    We will send you tracking information within 1-3 business days of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.

    If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@solacihome.com to request your tracking number. Please include your order number in the email.
