Delivery Information for Dundalk Leisurecraft Products

For Dundalk Leisurecraft products shipped in crates longer than 92 inches, please note:

• The truck delivering your crate will not have a liftgate to unload it.
• You, the customer, are responsible for unloading the crate from the truck.
  
  

Here are your options for receiving the crate:

1. Home Delivery:
   Rent a forklift or similar equipment to unload the crate when it’s delivered to your home.

2. Pick Up at the Local Delivery Terminal:
   Many customers prefer to pick up the crate from the terminal (typically within 10 miles of their location). This option allows you to unload the crate piece by piece directly from the truck without needing special equipment to lower the crate to the ground.

   • Once the crate arrives at the local hub/delivery terminal, the carrier will call you to arrange the delivery. Let them know you’d like to pick up the crate at the terminal.
   • They will then provide the terminal’s address and instructions for pickup.
   • For pickup, you can rent a van, pick-up truck, or larger vehicle from providers like U-Haul or Home Depot. No special license is required.

How to maintain a Leisurecraft Sauna

At Leisurecraft, we believe that maintaining a sauna should be as relaxing as using one. That’s why very little maintenance is needed - just a few easy steps can keep your  outdoor sauna in beautiful condition for years.

Follow this easy maintenance guide to optimize the life of your Leisurecraft sauna.

🧹 Regular Cleaning

• Wipe down benches, walls, and floors after each use.
• Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to remove sweat and bacteria.
• Leave the door open after sessions to ventilate moisture.

🌲 Wood Care

• Exterior: Rinse with a hose; apply Livos stain to protect from weathering.
• Interior: Wipe with mild soap and water; clean windows with a glass cleaner.
• Lightly sand benches if rough; vacuum interior surfaces as needed.

🔥 Heater Maintenance

• Wood-burning stoves: Remove ashes, check the chimney for soot buildup.
• Electric heaters: Vacuum dust and replace rocks annually for best airflow.

💨 Ventilation Check

• Ensure air vents (especially near the heater) are always clear.

🔧 Wear & Tear Inspection

• Tighten any loose screws and check door hinges regularly.

❄️ Winter Protection

• Remove snow/ice from the roof.
• Use a weatherproof cover if the sauna is unused for long periods.

Warranty

Canadian Timber Collection Saunas warrants our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
