Your sauna kit and accessories will arrive carefully packaged in a crate on one or two wooden pallets. This packaging is designed to ensure their safety throughout transit.

Once your sauna leaves our warehouse in Chicago, IL, we will send you a tracking link. Your shipment will be transported to a local delivery terminal in your area. Once it arrives at this local facility, the carrier will call you directly at the number provided during order placement to schedule a delivery window that works best for you. Transit time is typically 1 to 2 weeks from our warehouse to your home once dispatched.
What to Expect: Curbside with Liftgate
Curbside Delivery & Access
The driver will use a liftgate to safely lower the crate from the truck to the ground at your curbside, usually at the edge of your driveway. Please note that this service is curbside only and does not include moving the shipment into a garage or final backyard location.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please verify that your location is accessible to a large freight truck. If you have any concerns regarding narrow roads, low hanging trees, or restricted access, please let us know in advance.
💡 Pro-Tip: Since these crates are very heavy, most of our customers find it easiest to unbox the unit right at the curb and move the individual panels to their final location one by one.

Tucked the SaunaLife CL5G right into my wooded backyard, and it looks like part of the landscape. The sauna’s modern, curved design is a great contrast to the surrounding natural setting. A good sweat session overlooking the woods just sets me straight – more alert in the mornings, no groggy starts. It handles rain, wind, and winter snow without any problems, keeping things comfortable even on cold days. Plus, that wide glass pulls in the outdoors vibe. Exactly what I was hoping for! Cut down on arthritis flare-ups
Pushing 66 now and retired from trucking, I've got these nagging joint pains from all those years on the road. Heard about infrared saunas from my doc and figured I'd give the Finnmark FD-2 a shot. The folks at Solaci Home were helpful with my questions before I ordered. Shipped fast, and setup wasn't too bad – took me and my neighbor about an hour and a half. This thing cranks up to 170°F no problem, and those full-spectrum heaters really get in deep. I do 20-30 minutes most evenings, and it's cut down on my arthritis flare-ups like you wouldn't believe. Sleep better too – no more tossing and turning half the night. The two-person size fits me and the missus fine when she joins, and I love the cedar scent; reminds me of the old cabin we had up north. Honestly I was worried about putting a big wooden box in the middle of the garden. I didn't want it to look like an ugly tool shed. But as you can see, it turned out beautiful! It actually adds to the yard. We put down some stepping stones to make a path and it feels like a mini spa resort now. My husband put it together over a weekend—he said it wasn't too bad, just lots of pieces. We use it 3-4 times a week after work. It’s the only time I get 20 mins of actual quiet away from the kids lol. Love it.

Fits the space perfectly
I needed something for the narrow space on the side of our house and this was pretty much the only option that had the right dimensions without feeling cramped inside. It is tight against the brick but really maximizes the area. We use it a few times a week now. Definitely a solid investment.

Don't skip the changeroom option
I honestly don't write reviews often, but the experience with this company was just outstanding. I was pretty nervous dropping this much money on a sauna online, but the support team was incredibly patient with all my questions. We got this set up at our property up north and getting the model with the changing room was the best decision. When it's cold outside, having that separate enclosed space to towel off and get dressed before stepping out is a total game changer. You don't have to freeze on the run back to the house. Solid build, very functional for a rustic setting. You are in good hands here.

Going strong into our second winter!
We installed the Georgian cabin last year and it has held up beautifully. Sharing a pic from last winter to show it in its element! The timber is rock solid and hasn't warped at all. We just fired it up again for the new season and it holds the heat perfectly at 190°F even when it's freezing out. The porch is great for keeping wood dry too. Best purchase we made for our mountain home, can't wait to use it all season again.

This is the best investment I’ve ever made in my health
I’m 61, still work full-time in construction management, and have dealt with lower back pain and poor sleep for years. After three weeks with the Finnmark FD-4, the difference is night and day.
The full-spectrum infrared penetrates deep – my back and knees feel looser after every session. The Harvia steam gives me that authentic Finnish heat I remember from trips to Scandinavia. But the real surprise is the chromotherapy lighting. The deep purple mode (see photo) drops my heart rate almost instantly – I fall asleep faster and stay asleep.

Excellent quality and performance
My wife and I purchased the SaunaLife CL5G kit with the Harvia Spirit 8kW heater during the Black Friday sale last year. After several months of regular use here in the Boston area, I wanted to share our experience.
The design is modern and attractive in the backyard (photo attached). My wife particularly loves how cute and unique it looks. The Thermo-Spruce has held up beautifully through winter and spring. The heater performs very well, it reaches 190-200°F consistently. The benches are comfortable and the full glass front gives a spacious feel.
I’m glad we chose crushed stone instead of a concrete pad. There were a few installation details that required extra attention for our climate. The provided roofing shingles work, but I ultimately installed a rubber membrane for better snow and ice resistance, the manufacturer confirmed this does not affect the warranty. The Xenio control unit and cabling are not fully outdoor-rated, so I extended with proper cable and mounted the unit indoors nearby, which has worked perfectly.
Solaci Home’s customer service (particularly Esther) was outstanding throughout, they were responsive, helpful, and they quickly clarified everything with the manufacturer. Assembly with a contractor friend went smoothly once those details were sorted.
We use it several times a week now and it’s made a noticeable difference in how relaxed and recovered we feel day to day. Highly recommend the CL5G for anyone looking for a high-quality outdoor sauna.

I shopped around a lot for outdoor saunas and landed on the SaunaLife CL4G. It’s turned out even better than I expected. The Thermo-Spruce looks great and holds heat incredibly well, even when it’s raining cats and dogs outside. Stays completely dry inside, no condensation issues like my old barrel sauna.
The Drop 7.5kW heater packs a serious punch. I run it at 190-200°F most evenings and the steam is thick and authentic. Benches are contoured just right, backrest curved perfectly so you can really relax. Full glass front makes it feel spacious. LED lighting is subtle and effective, WiFi control works great from the phone.
My son-in-law and I put it together in one Saturday. Everything lined up no problem, instructions were solid, no missing parts.
Solaci Home shipped it quick, crate arrived in great shape, and they handled my questions about the electrical fast. Been using it almost every night for two months. Back feels better, sleep is deeper, just does the job. Worth the investment no doubt. If you’re thinking about it, go for it.

Better than any five-star resort sauna I've ever used
Look, I've done the whole Scottsdale/Four Seasons/Sedona spa circuit for 20 years. Nothing comes close to having this in my own house. I crank the Harvia steam when I want that heavy wet heat, flip to full-spectrum infrared when I want to cook from the inside out, hit the red light when my neck and traps are locked up from golf. 40 minutes later I walk out feeling 10 years younger, brain quiet, body loose. The cedar aroma is straight addictive (way richer than any spa I've been in). Fits two grown men easily or me and my wife no problem. Assembly was dead simple, everything fit like Lego. Solaci Home shipped it perfect, no damage, no drama. Yeah it costs real money. But I'm in it every single night and I'd buy it again tomorrow. Great quality and looks amazing
