Yes, we truly offer FREE shipping! Your order will be delivered at no extra cost to any location within the lower 48 states. (For shipping inquiries to Alaska or Hawaii, feel free to reach out via our live chat—we’d be happy to provide a custom freight quote).
Once your order leaves the manufacturer's facility, we will send you a tracking link. When the shipment reaches a local delivery terminal in your area, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery window that works best for you.
What to Expect: Oversized Delivery (No Liftgate)
Important Unloading Requirements
Because your crate is longer than 92 inches and can weigh between 800 and 1,600 pounds, the delivery truck will NOT have a liftgate capable of lowering it to the ground. You, the customer, are responsible for unloading the crate from the truck. Here are your three options:
- Option 1 - Home Delivery: You will need to rent a forklift or similar heavy equipment to safely unload the crate when it is delivered to your curbside. Important: If using a forklift, forklift extensions are strictly required, and the crate must be picked up from the ends to prevent damage.
- Option 2 - Rent a Tilt-tow Truck: Alternatively, you can hire a local tilt tow truck (flatbed tow truck) to pick up the crate at the terminal and slide it safely onto your driveway!
- Option 3 - Terminal Pick-Up (Highly Recommended): Many customers prefer to pick up the crate from the local delivery terminal (typically within 10 miles of your location) to avoid renting heavy equipment.
- How it works: When the carrier calls to schedule your delivery, simply let them know you'd like to pick up the crate at the terminal. They will provide the terminal's address and instructions.
- What you need: You can rent a van or pick-up truck (like U-Haul or Home Depot) with no special license required. Back your rented vehicle up to the dock and unload the crate piece by piece directly into your vehicle.
Deliveries are typically made using an 18-wheel truck that will park at the edge of your property (the trucking company will not back their truck into your driveway). To ensure a smooth delivery if choosing Home Delivery, please verify that your location is accessible to a large freight truck and let us know of any concerns regarding narrow roads or restricted access in advance.
💡 Pro-Tip:
- If you pick up at the terminal (U-Haul method): You can unbox the crate right at the loading dock and load the individual pieces into your rented van.
- If you choose home delivery (or tilt tow truck): Once the crate is placed on your driveway, we recommend unboxing it right at the curb and moving the individual pieces to your final backyard location one by one!

Honestly I was worried about putting a big wooden box in the middle of the garden. I didn't want it to look like an ugly tool shed. But as you can see, it turned out beautiful! It actually adds to the yard. We put down some stepping stones to make a path and it feels like a mini spa resort now. My husband put it together over a weekend—he said it wasn't too bad, just lots of pieces. We use it 3-4 times a week after work. It’s the only time I get 20 mins of actual quiet away from the kids lol. Love it.

I honestly wasn't sure if a kit would hold heat well but this cabin is impressive. Since we went with the wood fired heater it gets serious heat. We easily hit 195°F+ when we keep the fire going. It sits perfectly on our back deck and feels very sturdy. Building it took a bit of elbow grease but the result is worth it. Having the wood pile right next to it and tending the fire is part of the fun for me. Highly recommend the company if you want a real traditional sauna experience. Also, ordering from Solaci Home was easy and everything arrived in good shape.

Kudos to Solaci Home for a fantastic job facilitating my order for a Dundalk Georgian cabin sauna! Communications with the company were very helpful, prompt, and courteous. The kit was easy to put together, and fun to do with a friend if you like building things. It's a beautiful sauna--basically looked and felt like playing with adult Lincoln Logs, haha. The structure is very solid, and overall the design is excellent. I really love the look of the metal shingles. One thing to note is the staves are a bit fragile at the ends, which the installation guide warns about--some of the boards were a tight fit, and a few ends popped off when hammering them down (even when being careful), and needed to be re-attached with glue and screws. One small design flaw is that the door handle swings into one of the windows if unimpeded, and the company didn't provide Solaci Home with a solution for that, so be careful, as breaking one of the windows (which are beautiful brownish-tinted glass) would be a huge hassle. Overall thrilled with this purchase. It's nicer than any sauna I've used in a spa, and to have it right there in my own back yard makes me feel pretty fortunate, not to mention the compliments from all the neighbors. The crate came very well packed--note that while the delivery is free, the process was that I needed to have my own forklift available to unload it from the truck or pay an additional fee to have them hire a tow truck to unload it in the driveway, which I decided to do to make the process easier.

This sauna has been the highlight of our weekends. We wanted something that would stand up to the weather, and the cedar on this one really feels built to last. We finally decided on the cedar sauna from Solaci Home, and its been a hit with the whole family. The cedar feels sturdy, smells great, and looks perfect out by the lake. My son and I put it together over the weekend, and it was easier than I thought itd be. The wood-fired stove heats up fast, and weve already gotten into a routine of using it after a day of fishing or hiking. Its comfortable to sit in, and the windows give us a nice view of the water while we relax. What I really like is that it doesnt need electricity, just a good wood supply. Were going to get a lot of use out of this, especially when the colder weather hits.

How does this heat up and retain heat in cold climates? I’m in michigan.
Great question! This sauna is handcrafted in Canada and is specifically engineered for harsh winters exactly like yours in Michigan.
Here is how it heats up and retains heat so effectively:
Natural Insulation: It is built with 1.5" thick solid Eastern White Cedar and double-paned tempered glass windows to lock the heat inside.
Winter-Ready Roof: The heavy-duty metal shingle roof easily sheds heavy snowfall and prevents cold drafts.
Powerful Heating: To push through freezing temperatures, we highly recommend pairing this 6-person cabin with an 8kW or 9kW electric heater, or a high-capacity wood-burning stove.
With an 8kW or 9kW heater, you can expect the sauna to easily reach 190°F+ in about 30 to 50 minutes, even in the dead of winter. Let us know if you need help picking the perfect heater for your setup!

Thank you for your question! In general, the sauna chimney does not require frequent cleaning as long as you’re using dry hardwood, such as oak or birch, and avoiding burning cedar. This helps minimize any buildup, as only smoke will pass through the chimney.
The round cap at the bottom of the chimney includes a plug designed to remove any ash that may accumulate in that section. You can open the plug if needed, although this should rarely be necessary.

Is the Georgian sauna delivered with all the hardware necessary for build?
We supply all the necessary raw materials for building the sauna, including hardware such as screws and nails. However, we do not provide tools for assembly; homeowners are responsible for providing their own tools.

Yes, we ship to Alaska. Shipping to Anchorage costs $950.00. If you need residential delivery within Anchorage, there is an additional $320.00 Residential Delivery Charge. For locations outside of Anchorage, you can pick up your crate at the Span-Alaska terminal in Anchorage or arrange your own shipping from Anchorage to your location.

We don’t offer installation services directly, but we can refer you to a trusted contractor who can install the sauna for you. Pricing varies depending on the contractor and location, so we recommend reaching out to them for a quote. A general contractor should be able to handle the installation.

This sauna checked all the boxes I needed - got hotter than 150°, only used 120v, full spectrum and fit into the space I had in an unheated shed, so the insulated construction was an extra big plus. Using it several times a week and it'll been great. Just sorry that it's now October and my pool is closed. Really liked the post-sauna plunge.
And I should mention that I attempted to purchase this from some of the larger "highly rated" dealers first before I found Solaci. They were uniformly unhelpful with delivery. Just drop it on the curb and if it my problem to get it up the quarter mile driveway. "Oh, you want it delivered next to your house? Then pay extra for "white glove" service." No thank you.
Solaci was a dream to work with. Esther found a shipper who delivered it and rolled the pallet into my garage. And wait! There's more! Delivery was free. No sales tax. And the price was better than the big dealers. I highly recommend Solaci. If they have the sauna you want, don't go anywhere else.

A friend and I handled the installation ourselves. It is definitely a two-person project, but the sauna was well designed and the assembly process was straightforward. The quality of the materials and the finished product are excellent, and we’re very happy with how it turned out.
The electrical portion required a licensed electrician, and he had a few technical questions regarding the Harvia heater and controls. Harvia was able to provide prompt technical assistance, which helped keep the project moving.

Cut down on arthritis flare-ups
Pushing 66 now and retired from trucking, I've got these nagging joint pains from all those years on the road. Heard about infrared saunas from my doc and figured I'd give the Finnmark FD-2 a shot. The folks at Solaci Home were helpful with my questions before I ordered. Shipped fast, and setup wasn't too bad – took me and my neighbor about an hour and a half. This thing cranks up to 170°F no problem, and those full-spectrum heaters really get in deep. I do 20-30 minutes most evenings, and it's cut down on my arthritis flare-ups like you wouldn't believe. Sleep better too – no more tossing and turning half the night. The two-person size fits me and the missus fine when she joins, and I love the cedar scent; reminds me of the old cabin we had up north. Controls are straightforward, even for a guy who barely touches a computer. Bluetooth hooks up easy for my country radio station. Built like a tank and looks sharp in the garage. Honestly I was worried about putting a big wooden box in the middle of the garden. I didn't want it to look like an ugly tool shed. But as you can see, it turned out beautiful! It actually adds to the yard. We put down some stepping stones to make a path and it feels like a mini spa resort now. My husband put it together over a weekend—he said it wasn't too bad, just lots of pieces. We use it 3-4 times a week after work. It’s the only time I get 20 mins of actual quiet away from the kids lol. Love it.

Fits the space perfectly
I needed something for the narrow space on the side of our house and this was pretty much the only option that had the right dimensions without feeling cramped inside. It is tight against the brick but really maximizes the area. We use it a few times a week now. Definitely a solid investment.

Don't skip the changeroom option
I honestly don't write reviews often, but the experience with this company was just outstanding. I was pretty nervous dropping this much money on a sauna online, but the support team was incredibly patient with all my questions. We got this set up at our property up north and getting the model with the changing room was the best decision. When it's cold outside, having that separate enclosed space to towel off and get dressed before stepping out is a total game changer. You don't have to freeze on the run back to the house. Solid build, very functional for a rustic setting. You are in good hands here.

Going strong into our second winter!
We installed the Georgian cabin last year and it has held up beautifully. Sharing a pic from last winter to show it in its element! The timber is rock solid and hasn't warped at all. We just fired it up again for the new season and it holds the heat perfectly at 190°F even when it's freezing out. The porch is great for keeping wood dry too. Best purchase we made for our mountain home, can't wait to use it all season again.

This is the best investment I’ve ever made in my health
I’m 61, still work full-time in construction management, and have dealt with lower back pain and poor sleep for years. After three weeks with the Finnmark FD-4, the difference is night and day.
The full-spectrum infrared penetrates deep – my back and knees feel looser after every session. The Harvia steam gives me that authentic Finnish heat I remember from trips to Scandinavia. Excellent quality and performance
My wife and I purchased the SaunaLife CL5G kit with the Harvia Spirit 8kW heater during the Black Friday sale last year. After several months of regular use here in the Boston area, I wanted to share our experience.
The design is modern and attractive in the backyard (photo attached). My wife particularly loves how cute and unique it looks. The Thermo-Spruce has held up beautifully through winter and spring. The heater performs very well, it reaches 190-200°F consistently. The benches are comfortable and the full glass front gives a spacious feel.
I’m glad we chose crushed stone instead of a concrete pad. There were a few installation details that required extra attention for our climate. The provided roofing shingles work, but I ultimately installed a rubber membrane for better snow and ice resistance, the manufacturer confirmed this does not affect the warranty. The Xenio control unit and cabling are not fully outdoor-rated, so I extended with proper cable and mounted the unit indoors nearby, which has worked perfectly.
Solaci Home’s customer service (particularly Esther) was outstanding throughout, they were responsive, helpful, and they quickly clarified everything with the manufacturer. Assembly with a contractor friend went smoothly once those details were sorted.
We use it several times a week now and it’s made a noticeable difference in how relaxed and recovered we feel day to day. Highly recommend the CL5G for anyone looking for a high-quality outdoor sauna.

I shopped around a lot for outdoor saunas and landed on the SaunaLife CL4G. It’s turned out even better than I expected. The Thermo-Spruce looks great and holds heat incredibly well, even when it’s raining cats and dogs outside. Stays completely dry inside, no condensation issues like my old barrel sauna.
The Drop 7.5kW heater packs a serious punch. I run it at 190-200°F most evenings and the steam is thick and authentic. Benches are contoured just right, backrest curved perfectly so you can really relax. Full glass front makes it feel spacious. LED lighting is subtle and effective, WiFi control works great from the phone.
My son-in-law and I put it together in one Saturday. Everything lined up no problem, instructions were solid, no missing parts.
