    • For the timeline, I ordered specifically from you because your website says that you have the items in stock and ready to ship. I am trying to understand the late July timeline, what is the shipping time to get the product to Asheville? I appreciate any feedback.

      To address your concern about the delivery timeline, I want to clarify that all SaunaLife products, including the CL5G, are handcrafted in Northern Europe. Since the CL5G was recently released, there is currently no stock at the manufacturer's warehouse in Chicago. This results in a longer lead time due to international transportation. Even though we list items as in stock, the delivery timeline includes the additional time needed for international shipping, processing, and packaging. We understand the importance of timely delivery and appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    • Between the sauna and the heater kit, I will have everything needed, correct? I have looked at the installation manual but it doesn\'t address the heater install. Thank you.

      You will indeed have everything needed for the complete setup with the sauna and heater kit. The installation manuals for the saunas do not include the heater installation because the heaters are sold separately, and clients can choose from various models. For details on the heaters, please refer to the "Choose Your Heater" tab above. We are sending you the manual for your chosen heater by email. Additionally, these manuals are available on each heater's product page for your convenience.

    • As you distribute these products and know the quality, is this sauna worth waiting for? I like the footprint, look, and general info but don't have as much to compare it against. I appreciate any feedback you can provide.

    Two months in and couldn’t be happier with our sauna!

    Its been about two months with our CL5G, and honestly, its been the best addition to our home this year. Putting it together was a team effort, my partner and I got the foundation level and frame set up without too much hassle. We went for a 9kW heater, and the heat is impressive. It reaches around 200F easily, and well see how it holds up on those cooler nights.

    The sauna looks amazing, especially with the LED lighting at night that gives it a warm, inviting glow. The seating is one of the best parts for me, really spacious and solid. I treated the interior wood with some sauna oil to bring out the grain and a richer color, and we added a sealer on the outside for durability since our weather can be unpredictable.

    Our electrician finished up recently, and since then weve been using it almost every night. The only part that took a bit of figuring out was the door setup, but Solaci Homes team was quick to help, and it fit perfectly in the end. Its a solid, well-built sauna that Im sure will be part of our home for a long time.

    I've used a lot of saunas over the years, but the Cube CL5G really takes comfort and design to the next level. The seating is really comfortable, with soft wood and benches shaped just right for support. The Thermo-Spruce wood feels super sturdy, and I like knowing its built to handle whatever weather comes our way. Putting it together took some time, but the instructions were clear, and once it was up, it was worth it. The glass front is a nice touch, letting us enjoy the view of the backyard while we relax. The heat is solid, though I noticed a bit of heat loss around the door. Not a dealbreaker, just something to mention. The Wi-Fi-controlled lights are a cool feature too, especially in the evenings when we just want to unwind. All in all, the CL5G looks great and works even better. I can tell it's going to last us for years.

    Luxury and comfort right at home

    I finally treated myself to this sauna, and its been such a joy to use. The modern design is absolutely stunning and it fits beautifully with the rest of my home, as you can see in the pictures. I love entertaining, and its spacious enough for four people, which makes it perfect for hosting friends during chilly evenings. I also often enjoy it solo for some much-needed relaxation.

    I opted for a heater with WiFi functionality, and its a game-changer. I can have it fully heated by the time I finish my tea, all through an app on my phone. It's incredibly convenient, you don't even need to step outside!

    Two contractors assembled the sauna in under a day, and they said the instructions were straightforward. Delivery was timely, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

    Gorgeous sauna

    Kudos to Solaci Home for a fantastic job facilitating my order for a Dundalk Georgian cabin sauna! Communications with the company were very helpful, prompt, and courteous. The kit was easy to put together, and fun to do with a friend if you like building things. It's a beautiful sauna--basically looked and felt like playing with adult Lincoln Logs, haha. The structure is very solid, and overall the design is excellent. I really love the look of the metal shingles. One thing to note is the staves are a bit fragile at the ends, which the installation guide warns about--some of the boards were a tight fit, and a few ends popped off when hammering them down (even when being careful), and needed to be re-attached with glue and screws. One small design flaw is that the door handle swings into one of the windows if unimpeded, and the company didn't provide Solaci Home with a solution for that, so be careful, as breaking one of the windows (which are beautiful brownish-tinted glass) would be a huge hassle. Overall thrilled with this purchase. It's nicer than any sauna I've used in a spa, and to have it right there in my own back yard makes me feel pretty fortunate, not to mention the compliments from all the neighbors. The crate came very well packed--note that while the delivery is free, the process was that I needed to have my own forklift available to unload it from the truck or pay an additional fee to have them hire a tow truck to unload it in the driveway, which I decided to do to make the process easier.

    Ive had my sauna set up on the terrace for about a month now, and its been amazing. The barrel design looks great, and the build quality is solid. The benches are spacious and really comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Shipping was fast, and the instructions made assembly pretty straightforward.
