Your sauna kit will be carefully packaged in a crate and delivered on one or two pallets, depending on its size, ensuring its safety throughout transit.

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload)

This method is typically used for small to medium-sized saunas, ensuring secure transportation without requiring a full truckload.

Tracking Your Delivery

Yes, you'll receive a tracking link

Once your sauna leaves the manufacturer's warehouse, we will send you tracking details so you can follow your shipment and stay updated on its progress.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Special appointment

We ensure your sauna arrives at a time that’s convenient for you! A pre-arranged delivery appointment is required. Once your sauna reaches a nearby terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery. Your sauna won’t just show up unexpectedly; you’ll be kept informed every step of the way.

A contact number is required by the freight company to facilitate the delivery appointment.

What to Expect at the Time of Delivery

Curbside with Liftgate Service

• Curbside Delivery: This is the standard delivery method. The carrier will deliver your sauna to the curbside, usually at the edge of your driveway or property. Please note, curbside delivery doesn’t include moving the shipment into the garage or final location—but you might get lucky!
  

• Liftgate Service: The delivery driver will use a liftgate to safely unload the sauna kit from the truck and lower it to the ground, so you don’t have to worry about heavy lifting.
